Quality Assurance Engineer

TM Systems is growing, and as part of our plans for further expansion, we are looking for a talented Quality Assurance Engineer with expertise ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through thorough testing and evaluation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed test plans, strategies, and timelines based on project requirements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive test cases and test scripts that cover all aspects of the application.
• Execute manual tests to identify defects, verify functionality, and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Conduct regression tests to ensure that new code changes do not negatively impact existing functionality
• Participate in quality assurance process reviews and advocate for best practices and process improvements.

• Manual Testing
• Proven experience in deriving test cases through reverse engineering approach.
• Good Bug finding skills
• Good Analytical Ideas – Critical thinking
• Possessing strong database knowledge and proficient skills in writing SQL queries
• Well-versed in stress testing and load testing tools.
• Proven Debugging and trouble shooting skills
• Ability to work independently.
• Shows ability and flexibility in taking assignments.
• Thrives in a collaborative work environment.
• Self-driven.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field
• Minimum 2 Years Proven experience in quality assurance or software testing.
