Reporting To: Director of Sales 

Job Summary: 

The Sales Executive – ICT Services & Products is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for TM Systems. 

This role requires a proactive approach in engaging clients, understanding their ICT needs, and offering suitable technology solutions, including software, hardware, cloud services, cybersecurity, managed services and ICT consulting. The ideal candidate should possess strong English communication and negotiation skills, along with a deep understanding of ICT market trends. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Generate leads and identify potential customers through networking, cold calling, and referrals. 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. 
  • Present, promote, and sell ICT services and products, including software solutions, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and ICT infrastructure. 
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. 
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the ICT industry. 
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management. 
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. 
  • Participate in ICT trade shows, sales meetings, training, and promotional events. 

Qualifications & Skills: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, ICT, Computer Science, or a related field. 
  • 1-3 years of experience in ICT sales, preferably in software, cloud services, or ICT consulting. 
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Understanding of ICT solutions and services, including SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and digital transformation. 
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets defined jointly by the team at TM Systems 
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software – HubSpot and ICT sales tools. 
  • Willingness to travel as required.
